This phone needs the screen display unit replaced the part cost between $60-$75. Apple wanted $350 to repair their quality issue.

The initial estimate stated no physical damage and no water damage present.

Unfortunately 2 year warranty expired after update to IOS 17. After update the phone suffered GREEN SCREEN OF DEATH with a few lines on day 1, 1/2 the screen by day 2, and completely green on day 3 after update.

I tried hard reset and everything else Genius Bar & Geek Squad suggested. This is a known issue with the 13 & 14 models, but Apple doesn’t want to issue a recall as it would hurt stock price and image they have established for quality.

This is why all the major phone companies are offering the iPhone on us deals with a trade in. They are trying to hide the issue by offering a iPhone 15/16 for trading in iPhone 13/14.
